The studio lives up to its world class reputation and it's celebrity endorsement. It's top notch and almost feels like a spa. The instructors are also really good and almost on par with instructors at Moksha.
I've taken a couple of hot yoga classes and my only gripe is that the instructors play New Age music while teaching. The music often times is unpleasant and drowns out what the instructor is saying. I have always seen yoga as a calming, peaceful and invigorating practice. However, this added sound/distraction takes away from it. I've been to 3 different studios in the city that have focused on silence and concentration... hence I've found this really quite odd.
