| - During my high school years I was really into flea markets, thrift stores, and garage/yard sales. Now, as an adult who recently purchased a house and is needing to furnish a few thousand square feet, my love for funky thrifty things has been reestablished. (It's not realistic for everything to come brand-new from Crate & Barrel, you know?) Repurposed, which used to be located in Northway Mall and now exists less than a mile away on McKnight Road, has quickly become one of my favorite places to shop for interesting home décor items. Prices are lowwww, quite a bit lower than the nearby Goodwills, and I'm fond of the non-profit that Repurposed represents, which is Living In Liberty (livinginliberty.org) and supports victims of human trafficking.
What I really like about this particular store, in addition to the convenient location and coupons and charity aspect, is that all the clothing is on the second floor and everything else on the first floor. I'm not the biggest fan of thrift store clothing, so it's nice that I can browse the first floor without having to make my way around clothes.
My husband and I have purchased here and donated here and plan to do more of both.
