  • It was close to closing time last Friday when we arrived at New Look Collision Center. We were greeted by a couple of wonderful agents for the company. I'm bad with names, so I'll update our advisor's name when I grab his card from the car. Not only did he give us a great price, he went out of his way to make sure that the primary part was applied safely on the same day and that the secondary part, which needed painting would be taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. We had the secondary part installed today; It was done while we waited (less than 5 minutes) without an appointment, I might add and looked as good as promised. We'll definitely be returning here for all our auto body needs. Plus it's in cool location that's close to home.
