I was kind of surprised about the small menu since I have heard a lot of hype about this place. I was happy to see the words "cage-free" and "organic" throughout the menu. We tried the Thursday special- Eggs Benedict, a side order of bourbon cherry sausage, a side of bacon, and a stack of griddle cakes. All of the meats were awesome, especially the sausage! The griddle cakes were not bad, they tasted like maybe they used corn flour in addition to the standard pancakes you get everywhere. The prices are higher than your average breakfast joint, but it comes with the quality of the product, so I think they were fair for the organic options.
There is just not really any reason to go back since we tried almost the whole menu... I'm not embellishing on the small menu part!
