I've been contemplating on whether or not I should write a review for this place. I hate giving places bad reviews and usually debate in my head whether I should do it or not. This review is for the service at this location, not the overall Wind Mobile coverage/service aspect. I came in here to top my phone via debit card and the salesperson gave me instructions on how to do it. I asked him nicely to help me out and if he could show me how to top it up (it was my 2nd month). He said "just follow the instructions here" and I said "how do I know this will work? Is there any confirmation?" He told me "if there is any problems, call the Wind service #". I said "can you please help me? I'm not sure". He kept repeating the same thing. Then after a while, I got frustrated and said something to the extent of "Can you please service me since you represent Wind"?
He then said "don't tell me how to do my job and if you don't leave, I'm calling the cops". So I exploded and called him an "a-hole". Now all of you that know me, how often do I actually insult people? VERY VERY RARE!
What frustrated me the most is that I originally signed up at this location (to test out Wind) and he didn't recognize me and treated me like crap. Though it's close to my mom's place, I'll purposely drive farther to get any Wind service now on.
