  • Paid for an express car wash. The truck in front of us was too big for the car wash and broke it. No problem - stuff happens. Refund our money, we'll be on our way. Nope, can't do refunds. We'll get a hand wash that usually costs $34. Turns out to be a soapy rinse over about 2/3 of the car and than a halfway rinse. No tire dressing, no dry. And now it looks worse than before we started. Called Mike the manager. He says to bring it back - I guess for another soapy rinse? Now I see 1.5 star rating. Ugh
