  • I am trying to figure this company out. My house "looks" clean when they come but it never smells clean. They've only been out 3 times but the middle time, I know they did not mop the floors because there was still dried dog urine that I found the day before they came. They came again this week and I suspect that they did not mop again. The only thing I can guess is that their products are odorless. With my previous housecleaner, I always had that lemon fresh scent from the floors bieng mopped. With this company, nothing smells clean. Not the sinks, toilets, tub, floors..nothing. I feel like they are only cleaning with water and no cleaning products. they espouse to use only "green" products so maybe that is why they are odorless but, psychologically, I miss the clean smell I used to have. Not only that, but I clean quite a bit in between cleanings. I use all "Green" Malalueca products and they leave a fresh clean smell. I just don't get it with this company. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
