  • I never thought I would find such a welcoming and friendly gym! Thank you Bethany for introducing me!! Everyone here is so pleasant & nice! Not only do all the workers genuinely care when it comes to helping those achieve their goals, but but both Ryan and TA have really set time aside for me these past couple of weeks to help me understand my needs and guide me in the direction I have always hoped to be! This gym offers such an outstanding exercise class that allows you to work at your own level/pace without any judgement! I'm a very results driven kind of person which is exactly why I look forward to training with Gage! I couldn't thank him enough for the passion he shares when it comes to fitness & helping others become the best possible version of themselves! I appreciate each and everyone here, you all have made it such a comfortable environment and I look forward to whats to come! Also, gym is never not in good shape! Always clean & unlike most, people here know how to re rack their weights:-)
