rev:text	SHAME ON VETMED! please beware of taking your animal here to be put down. I know this is a terrible topic but I need people to not go through what my husband and I did. We had a very sick dog who needed to be put down. Up until that time I was very happy with Vetmed and there are some incredible and kind people on their staff. However, once my dog who was such a special part of my life the past 13 years was put down, they assured me he would be cleaned up and ready for us to pick up and bury the next day. We picked him up and what I found was so horrendous. The tech took my dog , threw him in a trash bag and stuffed him in a box that was too small. When we went to move him to his special box to be buried in I was sick to see my dog in a pool of blood, iv in his arm and head cranked in suck a bad way with his tongue hanging out because the box was too small my perfect puppy looked like he had been in a terrible accident. I had to take him back to be cleaned up and the kind mortified staff cleaned him up. I called Jennifer the administrator who asked me what they could do. I told them that tech should be fired and I would like my money back to make a donation to the humane society. Instead of calling me back she emailed me and said it was a learning experience and the made a donation to the zoo. You can't teach compassion and work ethic. I hope no one else has to see their fur baby like this as a last memory. I wish they had zero stars as a choice.
