  • You know, you can tell professionals by the way they take the time to explain the job at hand. Joe and Luis did an excellent job replacing the windshield in my 2016 WRX STI. You do have a choice between a high volume shop staffed by youngsters in a rush with questionable quality (Safelite) or you can support local businesses run by true craftsmen that are trying to survive despite the advertising from the competition. These guys showed up on time, very professional and great attention to detail- every bit as good as what the guys in the Red and Black are. The installed windshield was actually placed better than what the factory did. They showed up with pro tools, dressed as pros and did a top notch job. Because of their attention to detail, I give them 5 stars. Use with confidence. PS- Insurance CO tries to force their customers to go to Safelite by letting Safelite handle the inbound glass claim calls- so if you have your own glass company, they try to talk you out of it and go with Safelite- totally screwing the local glass companies. Complete BS, don't fall for it.
