  • It's hard for me to believe that many of the reviews of this store say, "friendly service". The sales person didn't seem to care weather I bought a bike or not. I stated what I was looking for and there was no offer to take a bike out of its rack to show me or even an offer for a test ride. Ironic since I was the only one in the store at the time. I'm going to assume that this is a "company owned" store, seeing as they have several around town and the sales people probably don't work on commission. I would never give Trek or Top Gear Bikes my business or my hard earned money. This is Pittsburgh people, word of mouth is everything. Good luck with staying afloat.
