  • Short summary: They lie and you shouldn't trust anything they say to you. My contract had an estimated completion date of six weeks from the date I signed the contract. Of course, there are disclaimers staying this is just an estimate blah blah. Two weeks later when I called to find out when they would be starting, the start date was pushed to what was originally the estimated completion date, and the new estimated completion date is a month later. Jody seemed like a nice and honest enough guy when providing the estimate, but it turns out he's a lying scumbag who will say whatever he has to in order to get the sale. The scheduler in the office even told me that this is a regular problem with Jody. Buyer beware!
