  • I have used Arizona cold air twice so far and have been extremely happy with them. The first time they replaced an AC unit during the peak of summer. They came within a day and installed an excellent unit in a couple of hours. I called them again today on a commercial property where I thought one of the units wasn't working as well as the others. The technician came within hours and did a thorough inspection. He then said the unit is very old but doing what it is capable of doing or was designed to handle. He didn't even try to persuade me to buy a new unit. And at the end, he didn't charge me a service fee or even a trip fee. He just walked away quietly saying he can't charge me anything as he didn't fix anything. I was stunned....very refreshing to see honest employees and companies like this one.
