  • Coming from out of state these reviews are pretty helpful. I found Dr. Monroe to be pleasant however, I was shocked at how long the wait was. I was glad that I made the decision to take the day off for the doctor's appointment. It appears as though this is a typical substandard practice to exercise this form of customer service. This would never be acceptable where we are from. The Gynecologist was pleasant and demonstrated professionalism but I am concerned about going back because of the time constraints.
