  • This place is terrible. After waiting for 45 minutes to speak to someone about an upgrade. We were talked down to and criticized. The customer service is absolutely terrible. We dealt with a man named Joe who was disrespectful and absolutely useless. He lied to us about multiple phones and add ons to try and up sell. Needless to say, this whole trip was a waste of time. I refuse to give them a dime. Stay away from this store!
