  • Won't Oder from this place again. Extremely bad customer service when placing an order for a birthday. I ordered the Nutella pie and the cookies, the container they gave to me in was seeping in oil. It was disgusting.. They aren't open on Sunday Monday or Tuesday's which is weird because what if someone's needs an order for a Tuesday like I did? I specifically asked the person over email if it would be fresh by Tuesday and when I picked up on Sunday but wasn't. The lady over email kept calling me a different name which was really annoying because I introduced myself and always signed my named for each email. When I continuously asked if my order was confirmed I got no reply for 3 days, and when she finally replied she told me she'd call me within the hour. Not one call at all.. Was left frustrated to the max. Never again.
