| - It's been years , but tonight I got lured out by the Grand Opening of CulichiTown, a Sinaloa-ense , well Culichi ( term for all things from Culiacan, the Northern City ) including Culichi food, music, and hospitality. There are all the traditional sushi favorites , and fresh seafood , which is quite different from traditional Mexican , PLUS antojitos ( empanadas de camarones , and the langostinos, which are rather hard for me to find here) They have Banda and NorteƱo music with live performers playing intermittently through dinner . The bar has a really cool overhead conveyer built of different tequilas rotating around the lounge and part of the restaurant. Give it a shot ! Unique Regional food, with a hint of Asia and the absolute freshest seafood as the main ingredients is the best way to explain it. It's lighter , fresher , and more flavorful than other parts of MX. Plus they make their own tortillas!!!!!
