  • I've been here three times, and it was awful every time. Bad service, empty shelves, broken card swipe machines...The last visit was the final straw. There was no music playing, which normally I appreciate, as I get annoyed by crappy top-40 junk tunes wailing through junk speakers... However, I WANTED crappy music this time, because there was a beeping sound coming from somewhere. Probably a broken piece of equipment begging to be put out of its misery. Beep. beep. beep. beep.... Argh, somebody make it stop! I had to make 3 copies each of about 10 papers, so I expected this to be a quick, 2 minute visit. No. The self-serve copy machines were both broken, so I had to ask the lady behind the counter to make the copies for me. There was only one other customer at the counter, and there were two employees on duty in the copy center, so this shouldn't have been a big deal. There were no big orders in process. (I used to work at the copy/print center at Office Max, so I know how copy centers work.) It should have been a fast easy thing. I could not, for the life of me, figure out why this employee took 15 minutes to make my copies. 15 minutes! For 30 copies! I don't think she'd ever seen a copy machine before. Nor a piece of paper before. 15 minutes listening to this miserable incessant beep... beep... beep... I strolled around impatiently while waiting, and I noticed that in addition to the broken copy machines, their computer stations were both broken too. Nice. I'll drive a couple miles down the road to Office Max next time. Someone put this store out of its misery, please. Beep... beep... beep... beep...
