  • Well I have been having horrible tooth pain and my jaw began to swell. I knew something was really wrong and was able to get a same day appointment. I got there about 10 minutes early but didn't get called back until 40-45 minutes later. They did everything that they could considering the circumstances. I couldn't open my mouth or bite down for proper xrays. So I'll be returning once the swelling goes down and we can figure out what treatment options I want to go with. The dentist was very informative and very attentive to my crisis. Here's the bad part which is why I took away 1 star!!!! After all of that the lady didn't give me my id or medical id card back before I left!!! She should have scanned the card & IMMEDIATELY given it back to me!!!! Now I have to go wayyyy back over there to retrieve them!!!! Definitely beyind pissed because I almost wasn't able to pick up the pain medication without a valid id!!! Please mange whatever necessary copies or scan whatever you Neff and give the patient their property back!!! In driving around with no driver's license because you held it and my medical card that whole time!!!!
