  • ***THIEVES*** Don't stay here. They will steal your belongings and then the head of security will accuse you of lying. Stayed at this hotel on Monday night and my girlfriend left her Burberry jacket she bought over 10 years agony's a scarf in the closet because their dumb closet doors are attached to the bathroom door. We did a double check when we left and felt like we had everything. When we realized she left her jacket, we called and they assured us it was found and put in security. When she just went and picked it up, the scarf was in the bag, but the jacket was replaced with a crappy jacket that looked nothing like it. They may be putting a new name in the place, but it'll still be the same thieving staff from before. They're denying all blame and giving us the runaround and told us we have to call them within 72 hours. Some customer service when they were the ones that wronged the customer. This is systematic here because every single time we walked by the concierge desk, a guest was fuming mad at the place making a scene. Not worth stay by. Boycotting all MGM properties from here on out. Can't trust them.
