he apartment is nice. I have a downstairs apartment and the floor above my bedroom creaks extremely loud. My neighbor was up in the middle of the night and it was hard for me to fall asleep with all that noise. I asked if there was any way to get that fixed. Manager told me she would reach out to floor specialist and open a ticket for me. One month goes by, I call and they tell me that unfortunately that is something that happens with apartments. If nothing can be done, why tell me they would reach out to a floor specialist? So I let it go and I ask to be put on the list for when an upstairs one bedroom became available. I've called several times and I keep getting told there is nothing available. Lo and behold my upstairs neighbor leaves. I call and they tell me its already taken! That it has already been on hold for 6 weeks! I've been trying to get another apartment for 5 months! I was told that unfortunately they can miss things. Yes, you do. Extremely disappointed in the staff. I'd rather get told things straight up and not keep getting lied to.
