I started the day with a morning visit where I was told that there was nothing on my thumb drive, but NOT that they are unable to read Mac files. Then I was told that my file was too larger to email and that would have been the end of it if I didn't send them a link to the file on Google Drive.
As it turned out the bid that I was given was done for a document that was half the size. I had showed a previously printed booklet, and explained, "this is 24 pages, 4 pages per sheet, 6 sheets. This new on is 68 pages, 4 pages per sheet, 17 sheets. She gave me the quote for 17 pages, not 17 double sided sheets.
Now it's going to cost almost twice as much and I'me asking about volume discounts, but only the immediate question is answered without volunteering the information that I am interested in but ignorant of. I wasted my day sending emails & waiting for responses, and I still didn't get the information that I needed.
It also says volumes that the manager doesn't respond to negative reviews on YELP! I'm going elsewhere.
