  • I booked an appointment online and received a call advising that technician was going home for the day. I was rescheduled with another technician, However, when I arrived the original technician I booked with was definitely in the salon. This didn't feel like great customer service but I don't know all of the background details. Overall, my gel manicure looked great. Pluses are the color options and prices are reasonable. I've trued walking in 2 other times and been told they are booked for the day. My tip is to make an appointment.
