  • I went into this location to find out what I could get for a gold chain I have. First the employees couldn't care less about customer service rude and short. The rep decided that the chain wasn't gold it was dipped or somethings he said. I advised him I bought it at helzberg and had a receipt. He said I was lying he asked some manger who was a huge grease ball and even ruder. I have never been to a place so shitty. The service the store itself the whole place in general is a shit hole I wouldn't recommend anyone to here unless you want to get robbed and miss treated I will never go back. By the way went to a different place and within 5 mins had cash in hand for the same chain funny how people that know what they are doing can accomplish
