  • I adopted my dog Oliver from Scottsdale Pet Hotel in March 2016 & he is an angel. During the process, I was also considering another dog I had seen online at SPH, but Laura knew the temperament of Oliver was a good match for me after watching us together & considering that he would get to visit my office too. I could tell he was well loved in their care while he was waiting for a new home. I would recommend them to anyone looking to adopt. I highly recommend Scottsdale Pet Hotel for boarding/daycare too. I originally looked for a boarding/daycare place closer to my home. It did not seem to be a great experience for Oliver. I took him back to Scottsdale Pet Hotel for my travel this past fall & over the holidays. He is a much happier dog! I can call anytime to check on him & they will send me pictures too. It makes the week go by faster when I see Oliver happily hanging out or playing with the staff whether it is the Christmas holiday or a business trip. I will always use Scottsdale Pet Hotel no matter where I live in the Phoenix area.
