Pretty good selection, nice community involvement, lacking a few things from other co-ops I've been a part of. Would love to have signage denoting how local is local (150 miles or less?) and a way to get some worms for composting. Parking is limited but the place is land-locked so I guess I'll just park along the street as many metropolitan grocery stores go.
As for price, uhm... I feel like people ought to realize the real cost of food. To be local and sustainable, it requires more work, more care, and to be grown on land that is worth a lot when it could be housing or retail or large-scale farms. It gives you a way to get produce when farmer's markets aren't on the streets during the summer. The way the cookie crumbles.
