  • This is such a poorly run store. The manager has zero customer service skills and even less cosmetology knowledge, the store is always a mess and poorly stocked and I have actually stood in line behind someone with a large purchase while the manager sat there chit chatting with another employee at the next register, looked right at me waiting and continued her chat. There are a couple girls that work there that are very nice and helpful, but this store needs new management pronto!
