| - Bragged about the food to friends, took boyfriend here with party of 8 for his bday, service was incredibly slow. Our waitress, who was apparently also the bartender, acted like she literally could not care less about us whatsoever, stopping just short of being actively rude. Boyfriend's burger came out raw and cold, and as people who enjoy medium rare, this was still way too much - it practically walked off the plate and was dripping with blood still. They replaced it but still tried to charge us for it. I went to ask to speak to a manager to get it removed and let him know about my disappointment in our overall experience, but I was told he was too busy to talk to me. The hostess directed me back to our waitress/bartender who then said "all you had to do was ask me and I would have removed the burger from the tab"... In what world do I need to ask not to have to pay for a mooing burger after a crappy dining experience overall?? Why doesn't that just happen if you actually want people to come back to your restaurant? I completely understand that there are bad days, but if you don't make an effort to make up for it without my pushing, then I'm not coming back and will be telling everyone else I know not to go to The Liberty. The food may be pretty good, but The minimum wage kids at McDonalds offer better service, and service level is a major part of the dining experience.
