  • I love Inner Balance Spa. I tried out another place a few months ago and was not as happy, so I went back here again last week. I was met with the sad sad news that my last massage therapist Karen Lawes no longer works there . *cue crying and wailing* I accepted my fate and decided to go with Darlene, upon Erin D's review. Anyway, when I went to the salon, I met the massage therapist and was okay with everything. She was really good too. Very strong, and knew what to do to my shoulders and back, which I expressed were my areas of concern. At the end when I was done and paying, I learnt my massage therapist's name was actually Lisa Gossen. I was confused, but chose my tea, paid and was on my way. It was a great massage, as expected from Inner Balance. Every massage therapist I've had here has been amazing and a true expert. I will continue to return. My favourite spa in the city by far. 15/30
