This place is not the place to go if you're pregnant and have an emergency. I've been seeing Maryann Cope for about 2 years for regular check ups and she's WONDERFUL, I even drove out of my way to see her. My husband and I finally got pregnant with our first child and I was referred to go to Dr. Foylyon (spelling?) bc Maryann was not an OB. I saw Foylyon once before and wasn't all that impressed, but thought I'd give her a second chance. Unfortunately, I didn't make it to my first prenatal visit and I started bleeding. Well I called the early hours call center to leave a message to have a doc call me as soon as office opened. They never did. Called the office myself (to a call center actually) and was told there were NO openings at ANY locations but that a charge nurse would call. She called about an hour later, told me to go to ER. ER at Southern Hills hospital was amazing throughout this process and confirmed I miscarried. I have to go back to OB office for follow up blood work. Just made that appointment and it was once again, a joke. I highly advise the Well Health center to consider using someone else (maybe their own staff, but maybe I don't know the company structure) to take calls that are PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY, unlike the folks they have now. Thanks for not helping me in the most devastating day I've experienced.
