| - FINAL UPDATE**
After meeting with the owners I am feeling very satisfied with the outcome of our experience, there pleasant demeanor and understanding of my issue made and impact, they took out a large chunk of their time to make my family feel important, which I feel in a business as this, is incredible, people in general aren't always as kind and I would definitely recommend them to another couple in a heat beat. Let me also reiterate that the experience at this chapel was never disastrous or unpleasant simply one important aspect went astray , they worked with us on this issue and we are more than happy. Thank you so much Luck Little Chapel, we will see you for our vow renewal in 10 years

I was pleasantly surprised today when I received a telephone call from the owner asking for more in depth details of my experience. He listened and did not argue or attempt to prove wrong my issue. In most cases when you've had a bad experience at a business, you usually tend to accept a loss and have no other choice but to move on. Let's make clear that I was not looking for any refunds or hand outs or anything of the sort, however after we spoke he offered an additional service to my family and I that, although does not turn back time and restore that day, is still generous and beneficial to us as a unit. A responsible and warm hearted owner he seemed to be, which makes me feel that much better about our experience. I'm very confident that my next update will be a positive one.

So yesterday we were married at this chapel and I wasn't at all disappointed with the minister or the coordinator... however, our pics came out terribly, I paid an extra $125 to receive extra photographs and the video and they were so bad, however if I didn't purchase the extra I wouldn't have gotten photos of all my guests and etc. This really breaks my heart because I cannot replay this moment and retake those photos of my wedding day. The photographer shot from terrible angles, and most of our photographs were ruined by sun glare and she did not at all get any good photos of my father and I walking down the aisle or any good breakdowns... she was so timid with my large group and gave no kind of direction. Easily she could've said "father and mother of the bride" , "father and mother of the groom" and so and so forth, that did not happen, this is something I asked for before hand. And then there's the video.... much like the photographs they were shot from underneath our heads facing upward so all you can see is my double chin and parts of the end of the backdrop, let's keep in mind I am pregnant so there isn't much running away from that, but the angles could've and should've been much more flattering. I am so incredibly disappointed... this is time and money that cannot be replaced, an extremely special moment for us and I cannot believe it turned out the way it did. The photographer was honestly polite, it's not as though she changed our experience through attitude it was simply her work that was terrible. The coordinator was very nice and the minister did her job as well.
