EAT is for serious eaters. It's all about the food here. It clearly takes itself seriously in a good way. The best dish is the shrimp and grits, but all of the breakfast foods are well-prepared and high-end. The chef circulates and the vibe is one of a trendy farmhouse. You will likely dine with a lot of locals, many of them professionals on lunch break. You may even find Tony Hsieh here from time to time, an early benefactor of the restaurant, and champion of downtown Las Vegas.
