  • I bought new vehicle from this dealership several years ago and have been dealing with them since. I held off writing a review for a number of reasons, but the time has come. Frankly, the couple years after buying the vehicle, any review I would have written would have given them a very low rating and would have been very critical of their customer service as related to the service department. I provided direct feedback to Dodge about my experiences, and to those who work at the dealership who asked. At one point I was able to give direct feedback to the service department manager after he had to get involved in a perpetually unresolved maintenance issue. The issue was finally fixed, but only after management was brought in. But I told you that to tell you this: I'm glad I waited to write the review. Over the past year customer service has definitely improved, and I believe this is in part to leadership at this dealer, and perhaps corporate leadership outside of the local dealer actually listening to customer feedback. No doubt I wasn't the only one complaining, and the things I was complaining about seem to be getting fixed. If this is true, that's a good thing--customers are being listened to. For now I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt to the business and hope the upward trend continues. In past surveys sent to me by Dodge, I gave detail about my complaints and made it clear I would not recommend to anyone that they go to this dealer. For the first time in a while I recently received a survey again, and I was able to say I'd recommend this dealership. To be clear: right now this dealership is what I think most people would expect from any car dealership--whether that's good or bad--for sales and service. But this wasn't the case for a long time, and in a negative way. I want to be sure to capture with my ongoing experience, things have definitely and noticeably improved. I look forward to updating this review sometime down the road, and hope it reflects a continued trend in a positive direction.
