I have a confession. I am utterly addicted to Jamba Juice.
So with that off my chest, let me dive into how I view this particular location.
Firstly, I hate to say it, but since it has opened up this Jamba has steadily declined in terms of service. The last time I was there, the most uncharismatic person on the planet with the lowest voice was the one taking orders. Over the sound of the blenders. Maybe put that kid in the prep area instead of up front. Just an observation.
Secondly, the homeless people who just take over the outside seating area is not a good look bruh. Perhaps have the manager call the cops and get them away from my car please. I'm just being honest. No one wants to be continually harassed for money every time they step out. The last time I was there, someone who clearly had mental issues was hovering over my car.
Ok, so with that out of the way. The fact that I love Jamba Juice still remains. I would like to see better management at this location and better control over the outdoor area so paying customers can actually enjoy an afternoon smoothie without getting harassed. Just a crazy idea of mine, feel free to implement it.
Sincerely yours,
Jamba Lover
