rev:text	So, my girlfriends check engine light comes on and we are sent to these guys because her 2011 Ford Fiesta has recalled parts and they are still under warranty. So we go in, they say oh yeah everything is free and we'll even throw in a rental for free. Her fiesta is there for a couple days getting fixed and they finally call her and say it's ready, so she fills the tank up in her rental and receives her fiesta back. As soon as we pulled out of the service department and onto Gibson road, we hear this rattling noise from under the front passenger floor compartment. So we stop, call them and let them know and they say to bring it in tomorrow and they'll look at it, however her schedule did not work with that, so she ended up taking it back in when it was convenient (not a long amount of time, couple days) and the noise stays there. Doesn't get any better, doesn't get any worst. Any way she takes it in, they don't give her the free rental they did last time, and keep her car for a couple days. She blows money on cabs, uber and lyft services, only to be told they can't do anything about it because they can't figure out if they caused it or not. So they have a $100 fee to check the problem out but will waive it if we get it fixed there. Talk about criminal, they messed up my girlfriends car and charged her for it, now they won't fix it either. Friends and family have ridden in her vehicle since and have asked about when the noise the started. It sounds like something is loose rattling around under the car, we aren't headed back to them. They aren't good for service, if you ask me.
