  • The represtative was nice picking up the vehicle. I paid a little more because I wanted a jeep. Going to San Diego found out there were issues with the car. I called the store and the rep said I could swap the car at any enterprise. After wasting 1 hour of my vacation calling around and being told they don't have availability I called the Tempe store back. They called around but could only find an enterprise with a pick up truck. They assured me that it was a nice one. Spent another 2 hours fi ding the place to realize it was huge. That store rep was rude and told us that was the only car available to swap out. I hurt myself getting out of it at the hotel because it was so big. We ended up calling the airport enterprise and they were nice. They put us in a Chevy Trax. We didn't care because at least it fit in the parking spots at the hotel so we took it. Keep in mind my vacation was only 4 days. 1 full day now dedicated to Enterprise. Now we are driving from San Diego to phoenix. Half way there the air stops for no reason and blows hot air. 15 minutes it goes on. It's been in and off ever since. We r returning this tomorrow and back to work. Omg, the car is now at 89 degrees. I have a thermastat on my cell. All enterprises are closed. Would wait 4 roadside service but it's 120 degrees out. I don't think they could fix an air conditioner. Uggg
