  • I have told everyone about How much i love charming charlie. How Gerardo their products are and How cheap they are. But when i had a bag fall apart and tried to Exchange it for another one, as Well as purchase a separate bag, The manager was nothing but rude to me. She told me she can Not return The bag because they has to send Them back due to them being a knock off of another company. Youd think that would be reason enough i SHOULD be able to Exchange it. The strap on The bag broke The first time i used it. I fixed it and used it maybe another month before it completely tore inside. Im completely appauled at How rude she was and i will Not be shopping there any longer
