A few months ago my mom's breaks were sounding bad. So I told her I would take them to get fixed. I called around and as I was driving go another place to get them fixed they were so bad I just stopped at Break Masters. They checked the breaks and. Told us we needed rotors as well. He showed me the old ones and we agreed to have them replaced. It was busy in the shop. But our truck was done in a reasonable amount of time. He also threw in a pil change.
After the great experience I brought my truck there for a oil change. Service was great. And fast. And just recently I took my mom's truck back in for a oil changd. The guy at the front is knowledgeable and funny.
I recently bought another truck and it was not running right I first took it to where I bought it. They looked at it and blamed it on being a Ford. I called BS because I've had several ford's and none ever sounded like this one.
My friend was with me and suggested his Mechanic and it was right down the street.
Well the other place said it was going to be 300.00 to fix. I wasn't willing to pay it since I just bought it a day before.
So I just figured I would take it to break masters. So I dropped it off. and told him I would be back later.
A few hours goes by and I get a call that my truck is ready.
Before I tell you the outcome let's recap. Dealership where I bought it blamed it on being a ford. One mechanic said it was going to be 300.
Break masters fixed the problem. It was not because it was a Ford and did not cost me 300.00
It was free. Another mechanic or somebody didn't tighten the spark plug.
The sound is now gone and the truck is running good.
I would recommend them to any of my friends or family they deserve 5 stars
