  • Awful awful awful, we were in and asleep @ 10p.m. @10.30 the music was so loud from the basement ballroom that the front desk said they had been getting complaints from the 4th floor!!!! seeing how we were on the second floor you have no idea how bad it was! Room 200 @12 I went down to the ballroom and saw the wedding party with the Huge LOUD Booming sound system! Jenny@ the front desk did a good job with a horrible situation by giving us free breakfast coupons and saying it should end at 1! The air conditioner did not work and the tub was stopped up. Somebody should have known better. Never on a Saturday night!
