2015:
I had the misfortune of staying at the Cambria Suites Pittsburgh Aug. 25-28th, when the neighbourhood went through a power outage on the morning of the 27th that lasted nearly 24 hours. The promised refund for the 26th/27th nights has not materialized on my credit card, none of the email addresses I tried contacting from their web site is current, and now I'm leaving phone messages but haven't yet received a response. Manager, is this posting what it takes? PLEASE CONTACT ME TO SETTLE THIS.

(Facebook Commenter): Speak to your credit card company about this. Maybe they will somehow give you a refund.

Dennis Benoit No, Cambria Hotel & Suites Pittsburgh - Downtown shamelessly never returned any of my calls. I was refunded only after writing Expedia and calling the management corporation, and only for the night I checked out to go to another hotel - nothing for the incomplete stay the previous night when I awoke to no electricity, no internet and had to shower in the dark. I was quite impressed by Pittsburgh, but will never return to this poorly run hotel. They must bring in groups by the thousands during NHL season with the hockey arena next door, so they don't seem to care what individual customers think.
