  • Expect to wait for a bit but that's because they have to prepare for each customer. JOEY was amazing. While waiting, we were watching and this guy was honestly hauling ass and hustling. He was helping customers efficiently and quite fast, but accurate. This job is not easy but he does it with all his efforts and was smiling the entire time. He probably served 80% of the customers that were almost lined up close to the entrance door because that's how fast and efficient he was! He even said they were short-staffed, but was still smiling and not showing any signs of stress. Made me sad when people were not tipping him at all for his A++ service. Had to leave him a $20 tip because he was very hard working and such a sweet kid! He helped us out and made our orders fast and they were delicious. We got green tea with Pocky as well as the piña colada. Both tasted great! We really liked how the ice cream wasn't too creamy and it was tasty. Will definitely come back and hopefully Joey is out server again.
