  • I can't speak for Rosenbaum Realty Group on the assistance they provide for buying real estate, but as an apartment management company they are crooks and look to take advantage of low-income people. I am so disappointed. Though they appear to be a well-polished, professional company, all of my experience has screamed "slum lord". In all honesty, the standards met at the apartment I rented were hardly above the standards of the hut I lived in while living abroad in a developing country. Also, if that wasn't enough, they felt the need to forfeit over 50% of my security deposit at the end of my lease for reasons listed as "touch up paint" and "clean". In all, I have been left with a bad taste in my mouth from my experience with Rosenbaum Realty Group.
