  • Ordered a refrigerator from Ivan at this store and waited 5 days for delivery. When the unit arrived I had only one delivery driver to offload. The refrigerator and my wall were damaged during install,,,it was simply too big a job for one man so I sent it back and cancelled my order. Very disappointed in the delivery and installation help (or lack thereof) that Sears appears to contract.
