  • Pork Belly. You can order it from the AYCE menu and it is phenomenal. Yes, this is a sushi place and the sushi selection is terrific. However, the reason I rank Sushi Bomb ahead of the AYCE competition is the menu beyond the raw fish. Grilled Salmon collar, bacon wrapped scallop yakitori and the buttery corn dish come to mind. For desert I always go with the honey toast. Tucked away off Cheyenne, a bit north of Summerlin, Sushi Bomb is a bit of a hidden gem, yet it is well worth the journey for us Vegas Sushi lovers.
