We arrived on vacation on Christmas Day. Our plane had been delayed and we got to Advantage one hour and 2 minutes after our reservation time. They told us that the rental had been automatically cancelled, but it didn't matter because they were at "Negative 50 cars." Even if they wanted to honor our reservation (which didn't want to do), they physically couldn't. Thanks Advantage for nearly ruining my vacation. In addition to other Advantage issues at other locations (being charged for a ding in the windshield that was there when I got the car, and having to wait more than 20 minutes for a shuttle bus in SFO), I've concluded that Advantage is pretty terrible.
