I came in for a pedicure on a Saturday mid afternoon and I completely expected it and understood it to be busy. I made my place in line and sat down and noticed the decor of the place was pretty nice. I did realize it was pretty hot and they had some fans blowing, but they really needed to just turn on the ac. I was waiting for about 20 minutes until the girl at the front desk told me I'll be up in just a few more minutes, 10 minutes later I'm in a pedi chair waiting for someone to help me. She turned on the water for me, but didn't actually turn on the machine itself so no bubbles or lights, just plain sitting warm water. And that's fine, but I waited there with my feet in lukewarm water for another 20 minutes and at this point I was ready to walk out. I gave them 10 more minutes so about an hour of waiting and a very unfriendly woman gave a half hearted apology and started working with me. She had no conversation with me and to be honest I felt like instead of a person I was just someone to pass through. I had the worst foot massage of my life with a ring on her finger. The woman next to me was also getting a callus removal and the technician kept putting the skin shavings on the ground and to me, that's just gross. I ended up walking out feeling like I wish I never came.
