I've been a big fan of copa since they opened downtown and am pleased to see another open up in the Woodbridge area. Actually booked this restaurant for a private dinner for my wedding earlier in the year and had great service, food and communication with the manager for my event. Been there twice since with friends and was not disappointed, the food is great, though I wish they changed it up every once and a while I've been dining at copa for a few years and I don't think they e changed anything on the menu. But the variety you get is still delicious, personally I love any of the steak cuts with cheese! Not a fan of the piripiri as it kind of just tastes like steak in green salsa. Lots of good food coming around though. Decent side buffet, the mac and cheese is not very good but it's more of an incentive to eat as much steak as you can handle. Very busy at dinner time like the other locations, I would definitely try and book ahead to reserve a spot on busy nights/ times.
