  • DryTech came to my rescue two weeks ago. Toilet issue caused a major leak in garage ceiling and water damaged resulted in a wood and tile floor to be replaced. Called DryTech knowing they would do a great job as they did for us with another leak a couple of years ago. Rudy Contreras (Project Manager) arrived 45 minutes after I called--no waiting---Love it when it's possible. He got right to business checking things out and providing a reasonable quote within a few minutes. His "crew of two'' got to work within a couple days. The guys were efficient and professional. They cleaned the areas well. I was quite satisfied with their work. Rudy recommended H&M UNLIMITED to do the final phase to replace floor/ and repair ceiling. Overall, I was thoroughly pleased with the final product. Hopefully, I will not have to deal with water damage again, however, if necessary DryTech will be my only call.
