| - My overall experience was great at More Mazda. We spent the day looking at cars in the Tempe Autoplex and this was our last stop. I'm very laidback and I hate the salesman approach. I find it very sleazy and annoying. After spending the day at several other dealers and dealing with an assortment of sales people with a plethora of lame sales tactics, my tact and patience was at an all time low. I was tired, I was hungry, and I was ready to go home. This wasn't fun anymore BUT I wanted to check out the Mazda CX-5. When we got there I was grateful that there weren't any salesmen on the floor waiting to take their prey. We were able to freely walk the grounds and check out the cars with no interruption. When we found the one we wanted to test drive a salesman showed up to assist us. Now I have an issue with driving with weird people in the car. Especially salesmen in the back talking nonstop about features that I really don't care about. I initially had my friend drive and the salesman was so cool and laidback that I felt comfortable enough to drive. Took the car for a spin, loved it, wanted it but I didn't want to spend another four hours with the finance people. Our salesman, Terrell, said it would take only about 45min with finance. I was like yeah it's definitely going to take much longer than that and I was getting hangry so it was time to go. We asked that if he took care of the initial paperwork today that we could come back the following day to sign and finalize all the paperwork with finance. Terrell agreed. The next day, we come back. Terrell shows us the car that was already detailed and ready to go. We meet with the finance guy, sign some papers. Literally fifteen minutes later, I have the keys and we're ready to go! By far, the fastest and easiest experience ever at a car dealership. Only downfall is, I'm still waiting on a check from them to pay off the last two payments of my previous lease. It's only been a week so we'll see! But I highly recommend Terrell. Only of the most laidback salesmen ever. No pressure, no tactics, no BS.
