  • Typical poor service. We called ahead and were offered a trade in on our phone. We had to call back and we learned that our phone was too old for the trade in offer but they would honor what we had been told on the prior call as long as we came in and mentioned the call and the offer. When we arrived the rep who made the offer had gone home and the manager said he would NOT honor the offer. We suggested that he call the rep but the manager said he wouldn't honor the offer even if the rep confirmed he had told us he would...so we left the store very disappointed. AVOID this location!!!
